- Tutorial Flashing :
- Install Usb Driver Samsung or Samsung Kies on your computer
- Extract the firmware Galaxy J2 with win rar to find .md5 file
- Turn off your galaxy. press and hold the Volume down + Home + Power for download mode and press volume up
- connect to a computer with a cable usb
- Open odin exe v3
- see odin whether in the column ID: COM colored blue
- If the ID: COM has blue means its ready to stage flash process
- Click the PDA in Odin and navigate the firmwarefile in exktak and select the file name so J200XXXXXXX.md5
- Wait a minute until Odin success prepare files
- Click START in Odin Wait until the process is complete (PASS) Restart Finish

This method works for models with "Android security patch level: February, March, April ,2016".

For this method you need a PC, internet connection, micro USB data cable, and Samsung SideSync app.
Download and install SideSync on your PC. Then open SideSync and just leave app open on your desktop screen then follow the steps from the video.
Also you need to have or create your own Samsung and Google account which it is very easy.
This method was tested on Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) A510F but should work also on:
